After leaving a handwritten note for her brother, Jessamine went in search for an envelope to place the little note in. She hadn't seen Aya since he left the apartment early that morning and as much as she would have liked to tell him in person that she was leaving for the afternoon to run some errands with Desmond, he was supposed to be here any minute now. Her perfectly styled blonde hair curled just beneath her ears and they feathered out when she placed her hat on her head something she was pleased about since she had taken a chance and tried cutting her own hair. As much as it had killed her to cut her hair, short was all the rage now and her friends had insisted that she could pull off any sort of look she wanted. Apparently they were right.
She soon located a small envelope and sealed it before placing the note up against the flower vase on the kitchen table. Aya would be sure to find it by the time he returned (which she hoped wasn't too late) and if she arrived back before did, well she could simply dispose of it. Almost as soon as she had placed the note down, the doorbell rang and the blonde rushed to collect her bag before opening the door.
