Gokudera was just about to let some of those bottled up curses fly - but then the 10th was back and Gokudera's reserved-for-the-10th smile was once more in place. He was genuinely relieved that Tsuna wouldn't catch pneumonia from wearing lake water-soaked clothes around, thanks to Gokudera's timely intervention. The clothes might not be a perfect fit, but they would do for the night. As for the loss of the belt, it was no loss at all! It was an honor to give up anything and everything he could to help the Tenth.

He did shoot Yamamoto another glare at his suggestion - was he trying to show him up? Loaning the Tenth his clothes was nothing compared to buying him new ones. That idiot! Gokudera would not be outdone. Gokudera wasn't going to let Yamamoto buy him clothes -- but, damnit, what if the Tenth actually accepted the offer? He probably wouldn't. The Tenth was modest and generous - he would probably be embarrassed to impose.

Ah! But if he said yes, then Gokudera would have to throw in his entire allowance so Yamamoto wouldn't get the upper hand in the end. Absolutely, he would do it!

"Please take my savings too, Tenth!" Gokudera declared.

Tsuna was rather taken aback by the offers of clothes and instantly became flustered at his best friend's well wishes. Despite having been friends with them for months, he still couldn't quite get over the way they wanted to do nice things for him.

"Ah, Yamamoto, Gokudera-kun. Thank you. I don't want to spend your hard-earned money. B-But...I...I could really use some more clothes." He blushes, feeling awkward about accepting charity. Walking over to the table carefully (the pants hung past his feet so he had to pull the legs up) He gets an idea.

"I'll get a job and when I have the money, I'll pay you both back!" He announces. It was not a question, or a suggestion. Tsuna was determined to pay back his friends for their kindness. He was making a statement of fact that rather dared them to argue. If he was going to have to accept charity from his friends, the least he could do was make sure he payed them back for it when he could.

He opens his mouth to make his tactfully planned mention of moving, when his stomach speaks first. Letting out a growl that everyone could hear. His face turns a bright red color and he mumbles "S-Sorry, ah... Is dinner ready Yamamoto? It smells good in here."

"Huh?" Takeshi tilted his head a bit, thank laughed, putting a hand on his hip and shaking his head. "Hey, you don't have to pay me back! It's why I got the job, and all." He assured, thinking it was kind of funny that Tsuna would even offer. Of course, it was just like him to-- but Takeshi liked his job and the people he worked with and all. Haha, it wasn't something he felt like Tsuna should have to owe him for.

"And huh? Oh, yeah! It's all ready. I mostly use leftovers from the onsen, so I hope chirashi rice is okay with you, haha! I only made two bowls though, so hold on while I split it into three." Commented, before he turned back to the kitchen to set that up.

"You don't need to get a job, Tenth! We get some money just from being here," plenty for cigarettes and other essentials in the past. What more could a kid need, when the room was free? And now the food too, thanks to Yamamoto - not that he will get so much as a thank you from Gokudera. Now that the Tenth is here, he should consider it his duty!

"And if we need more money, I'll get a job, Tenth!" Gokudera said animatedly, following after Tsuna while absently tugging on the sagging waistband of his pants.

"There are schools here too, Tenth! But if you don't want to go, I have no problem dropping out." Gokudera skips classes now whenever he feels like it. Yamamoto may have said the magic words to get him to agree to enroll in the first place, but before the Tenth was actually here, there wasn't much of a reason to be on his best behavior or have perfect attendance.

Tsuna blinked at both of his friends and then laughed happily. It was just like being back in Namimori. Though their protests of not being paid back fell on deaf ears. Tsuna was determined to return their kindness and that was that. "If Gokudera-kun wants to get a job with me, I won't object. But I would like to work." Tsuna replies determined. It was a chance to prove to himself that he was no longer Dame.

He looked curiously at Gokudera, surprised that there was school in this place at all. "Schools? Really? Wow." He comments unsure of if he wanted to attend or not. He supposed he should, he was enough of a Dame already without skipping school. And it would probably be a good idea to keep busy in this new place. Figuring that exploring would get boring quickly.

Tsuna nods his head. "Alright. I'll go to school and get a job. Stay nice and busy. And on our days off we can explore this place together. Ah... If you want to that is." He announces his mind made up.

That just left one other issue to deal with. Sighing a little nervously at how they would take this, Tsuna brings up the blatantly obvious issue of space. "I'm also going to need some place to live. I'm grateful that you've taken me in, Gokudera-kun, Yamamoto. But this place is too small for three of us. And I couldn't kick one of you out. I wouldn't mind living with you both, but if we do...we need a bigger place." He says doing his best to be tactful while still making it clear what his intention was.
