Wasn't this supposed to be a dream world? It struck Ion as peculiar that there was no money and no need for basic living necessities like sleep, and yet there were still natural disasters. The sudden weather change had been startling, to say the least, but close proximity to what appeared to be a safe haven was certainly a comfort. The boy headed there, noting he certainly wasn't the only one who'd had that idea.

At least the terrible weather didn't seem to have an effect on this... well, what was apparently a café. Despite the minor chaos it seemed to be in now, it was holding up well and had a pleasant air about it.

Ion carefully smoothed wet bangs from his face, straightened his tabard, and decided to make the best of things--sopping wet or not.

When Tamaki see Ion enter, he quickly went to the boy's aid and offered him some towels.

"Welcome, welcome!" he said cheerfully. "Please, make yourself comfortable and if you need anything let me know."

"Ah, thank you."

What a veritably perfect host! He somehow managed not to look stressed out even amidst the chaos outside and the barrage of guests he was now taking in. Quite impressive.

"Your unshaken attitude is very comforting at a time like this," Ion said, taking accessories out of his hair and drying it vigorously.

Tamaki gave a little laugh. "Well, it wouldn't do to panic at the moment, though I can assure you I certainly did at first."

He gave Ion a bright smile. "I am Suoh Tamaki, owner of this establishment."

"Wonderful to meet you, Tamaki. I'm Ion." He smiled back.

"I imagine you have your hands full right now." Ion gestured vaguely to their surroundings. "Also--is... erratic weather like this common?"

"It's a pleasure to meet you Ion-san," Tamaki said cheerfully before addressing the question.

"This...is actually the first time we ever had rain. I'm not sure what is going on," he said with a worried frown. "Hopefully nothing worse will happen."

Anise burst through the door, clutching her wounded arm, and hurriedly looked around the room. She quickly spotted Ion and rushed him, giving him a flying tackle-hug. "Ion, you're okay...!"

...She almost immediately recovered from that, however, letting go and looking away in embarrassment. "Um... I'm glad you're okay."

"Anise!"

Ion smiled at her zest and then engulfed the girl in a hug of his own. "I'm glad you're alright, too--" He held her at arm's length for a moment, looking her over, and then frowned, becoming more serious. It was fairly obvious she had been in a fight. Was that a... bullet wound?

"There's blood. What happened to you?"

"Oh, um, it's nothing." She smiled nervously, giggling a bit. "Just got into a bit of a fight looking for you, that's all!"

[[OOC: The anime implies his ability to use healing artes, so I don't know if I'm really bending canon here or not. Oh well.]]

"A fight? Here?" If there were natural disasters, it probably made sense that people could bleed and maybe even die in this world, too.

"Here, let me..."

Ion reached out and used a quick healing arte--probably the only one had had ever used--to stop the bleeding and lessen the severity of the injury. "There," he said, retracting his hand. "It's not much, but it will do for now. Who were you fighting with?"

Anise smiled and rubbed her arm, which was now just heavily bruised. "Thanks. ...And it was Legretta. I guess she's here too now, which stinks!"

She grabbed Tokunaga off her back and started wringing him out, now that she'd regained full use of both arms. "But either way, I'm glad I found you. I've been looking all over for you, I've been so worried...!"

Legretta, too? That means we have three of the six God Generals now, although Asch still seems to be at odds with the others...

"And I've been worried about you myself," the boy replied, tilting his head slightly and smiling fondly at her. "I don't suppose you've gotten into any other trouble I should know about? I haven't had any problems here so far, but given the way everything's falling to pieces at the moment, I suppose I was just lucky." He glanced outside at the still-undesirable weather.

"Any ideas on what we should do after this clears up?"
