Sebastian and his young master were returning from a recent shopping trip to Somni, wherein Ciel was fitted for a number of new suits for the warming weather and his ever-changing teenage form. Sebastian took every opportunity to tactfully tease him about how undersized he yet was for his age. In spite of such friendly company, he was fairly sure the earl was not happy as they returned to the manor. Shopping never put him in good humor; too much touching, too much walking, too much attention paid to his person. Sebastian wasn't oblivious to this, even as he stood aside and smiled.
"Ah! I nearly forgot," he said, falling into step behind Ciel as they headed up the lane to the house. "Happy Valentine's Day, young master."
