[Unfortunately, Noel had been in the village when the monster began its attack. Though she was scared, she knew she had to do something before many more lives were lost. As she dashed to the fountain, she made a quick call ↓Filtered to the Police↓.]

Th-Th-This Detective Noel Vermillion speaking! Requesting backup to subdue the creature attacking Espoir Village! I will be distracting it in the meantime!

[She pockets the Dreamberry and skids to a halt, only several feet away from the enraged creature. She throws off her cloak, her fear gradually becoming washed away as her Nox Nyctores began to influence her mind in the presence of danger.]

Summoning Bolverk. [She commanded calmly as she outstretched her hands, which began to glow with a pair of large golden glyphs. The glyphs quickly took the form of twin guns, which Noel grasped before forming a battle stance.] Let's go!

[Noel promptly takes a stride to the right as she opens fire onto the Yeti.]

[Surprisingly, not a single trace of her nervousness and fright from the previous message was present in her reply. It was focused, professional, and to the point.]

Some combat-experienced civilians are present and are also engaging it. Would you prefer that I stop them?

No, don't bother. They've already been warned about the dangers of interfering in this mission. Let them be and continue to concentrate all effort onto your target.

[Akihiko isn't far from where Noel is - no more than a few minutes if he runs. Adrenaline coursing through him, he almost drops the Dreamberry as he manages to pocket it, racing towards the woman's location.]

[Noel doesn't bother replying, as it was hard to engage in conversation when she was already shooting at the thing. When she finally comes into view, Noel would appear quite focused and calm as she nimbly dodges attacks and fires magic blasts from her guns.

For being so clumsy on normal work days, she's surprisingly agile in battle. She notices her superior, and acknowledges him.]

Lieutenant Sanada! Please be careful!

[Coming to a halt near Noel's side, Akihiko straightens his gloves and readies himself. Ranged attacks are going to be an asset right now and he grabs his evoker from his side.]

with a yell, the yeti charges toward the two of them, baring its huge fanged teeth.]

[ACKSHUN! Noel focuses and points one of her guns at the yeti's head. A golden glyph appears within its gaping mouth and begins to glow brighter and brighter. With a sharp movement, she snaps the pointed gun upwards as she pulls the trigger.]

OPTIC BARREL!

[The glyph explodes into a brilliant burst of armagus energy. HOW DOES THAT TASTE, YETI?]

CAESAR! LET'S GO!

[Bringing his evoker to his temple, he pulls the trigger - blue and white light bursting from the other side of his head as his Persona is summoned. Caesar raises his sword to the heavens, a thick bolt of lightning crashing down upon the Yeti.]

[it tastes delicious. just like your blood and flesh once the yeti chomps down on your puny body.

but wait-did that guy just shoot himself? fighting a yeti could be considered as a suicide mission in and of itself, but that didn't mean they had to shoot each oth-oh he lived. and brought a weird thing. ...ewww that didn't live inside it, did it?

anyway, enough idle, random commentary, the yeti just got struck by lightning. ow. do you smell that sizzling, burned, charred flesh? does it smell yummy?

angry, the yeti just lets out a beastly roar before shooting eye laser beams ice spikes appear out of nowhere and are hurled toward the two fighters.]

[Running towards the scene now! Tsubaki arrives in a few minutes and she's ready for battle. She clutches Izayoi in her hands before charging in.]

In my right hand, I carry the sword of judgment, and in my left, the scales of justice. I serve the wings who govern the heavens. I am their word and their sword made flesh.

Brace yourself! Benedictus Rex!

[Izayoi was strangely beautiful but it was literally a flash of bright light that was striking the Yeti.]

[Noel quickly follows up Tsubaki's attack by leaping into the air and rapidly firing a barrage of blasts at the yeti.]

[With Noel's command, Bolverk transforms into something akin to a rocket-propelled grenade launcher, and fires. BOOM BITCH.]

[the yeti's name isn't Thor, okay. It's "Yeti".

but the yeti does get grenade-ed, which hurt. a lot. chunks of delicious meaty flesh will be flying, but that won't stop this guy.
