The Yeti Attacks
Who: Yeti vs. somarium
Where: Fountain at Espoir

Unlike before, the Yeti did not even wait for the sun to completely set. In a roar of anger, it burst through the sands for a third time. However, instead of climbing onto the floating mountain as it had done the previous two times, it raced toward the invisible barrier. As expected, upon reaching it, the yeti was blocked. In anger it let out an earth shattering roar before doing what most would believe to be the impossible.
With its huge clawed hands, it ripped through the barrier, the magical glyphs flashing and crackling. Where the barrier had been torn, black marks appeared along the edges, as if burned. With another roar, the yeti pushed his way through, leaving the now torn barrier behind as it charged into Somarium. It ran through the Residential District (First), swinging its arms in anger as it destroyed buildings left and right, leaving a path of destruction. But it did not linger. In fact, the destruction was more like it was trying to clear its way as it continued to run toward the center of Somarium-toward the village.
In a matter of minutes, the giant had covered the distance and was now bearing upon the one thing it sought: the fountain. But no matter how many times it tried to bash it in, the structure stood resolute and undamaged. In fact, for any who were close enough to witness the attack, they may catch a glimpse of what could be described as some kind of invisible shield, similar to that of the barrier.
This is where those who wished to fight the yeti would find it, pounding away at the fountain in frustration. And this is where the yeti would fall should they succeed. But will they? Or would the yeti be the one to vanquish the heroes and continues it destruction?
[ooc: This is it, the final part of the New Moon event. This account will be used to respond to anyone who wishes to fight the yeti. Feel free to tag team and join other threads. This is going to be just one giant brawl log.
Also, the yeti is not going to hold back, but if you specifically want any certain damage or death be done on your character, let us know so we can tag appropriately. Otherwise, just prepare for a world of hurt.
As noted on the original Moon Cycle post, the yeti will fall as a result of all the damage. So feel free to just go crazy and pull out all the stops on this bad boy.]
