**Backdated to the first night of the blackout
It had been Chii's luck that she had been able to find a flashlight in her apartment room. She wasn't sure how it got there in the first place but now wasn't the time to be wondering about those kinds of things. Right now Chii wanted to make sure everyone was okay and maybe see if she could help bring people light somehow. With her trusty flashlight in hand, Chii carefully ventured out of her apartment building and into the dark Somni streets. Maybe she could find a store that had flashlights and bring them to people who didn't have any. Chii stopped her walking for a moment to send out a quick dreamberry text message:
Chii is looking for a store that has flashlights. If you need one, let Chii know.
With the message successfully sent out, Chii began walking again in hopes of finding someone. What Chii didn't realize, however, is that the streets of Somni may not have been as safe as she suspected and there were chances that a hungry Noctaere could come strike at any minute--
