( the sudden warmer weather was a surprise when Hope got up this morning, but it wasn't one Hope was going to complain about. he preferred the heat over the cold and the snow, it allowed for more to do and he was going to take advantage of it while he had to the chance before something else happened

( he pauses in his talking as he hears something, or rather someone. Hope moves, stepping away from where he was checking on the Eidolon and takes a hold of one of Alexander's fingers in order to glance back down to the ground. )

Yeah, um, I'm just fine.

[skycutting]

( he's quiet at the question, before patting one of Alexander's fingers and the large eidolon lowering his hand enough for Hope to hop onto the ground. )

He's called an Eidolon, his name is Alexander. ( a beat. ) He's sort of a guardian.

[shines_bright]

[Light, like Hope, preferred the heat. But, she preferred it in the summer, not in the middle of the winter. Rapid, unexpected climate changes... this place was seriously going to be the death of her. Waltzing around the area, patrolling and such, was a habit she hadn't dropped since her arrival though, and she kept it up despite the weather.

She notices Hope on his massive Eidolon and makes her way over, her need to investigate winning over her want to not coddle the boy and leave him to his own devices.]

[skycutting]

( he visibly perks up at the voice, turning and looking down with a smile. ) Light! And I guess so.

( there's a pause as Hope pats one of the Eidolon's fingers and he lowers his hand, enough so Hope can hop to the ground. ) I haven't summoned him since coming here, so I wanted to make sure he was all right.

[shines_bright]

[She folds her arms and gives both Hope and Alexander a once over. She walks closer.]

So, report. How's he doing?

[skycutting]

He seems to be fine. ( he glances back up, smiling before looking back to light with a curious look. ) Oh, right. You've never met him, huh?

Um, well, this is Alexander.

[skycutting]

( he glances back, smiling as he looks down at the other. )

No, I'm fine! I'm just checking up on him.

[skycutting]

Yeah, him. ( he pats the eidolon's hand and smiles again. ) This is Alexander, he's my Eidolon.

[springisbright]

[With the warmer weather, Rika felt more motivated to start moving around and leaving the house. So, when she walks past a field with a huge... whatever-it-is in the middle of it, she can't help but stop and look.]

... Mii? Is that a friend of yours?

[skycutting]

( he'll walk over to the edge of his hand, smiling briefly before nodding. )

Yeah, he's a good friend of mine.

[springisbright]

It looks like it.

How do you know him?

[skycutting]

I summoned him not to long ago. ( pause. ) Well, it wasn't that long ago back on my home world.

I hope this isn't too late ~

[flame_ablazed]

*Yukimura was just happily walking around the town (like he usually does. Because truth be told. He had nothing to do. :| But when a large structure comes into his view, he is flabbergasted. Rushing forward, he found himself in front of the large structure. He gapes at it.*

W-What in heavens!?

*Was that loud enough to be heard?*

( and here will be Hope, peeking over from the edge of where he's standing in Alexander's hand at the loud voice. blinking curiously before chuckling a little. )

He's a friend of mine, from my world.

A friend ...? *The incredulous tone dissolves when he is reminded of Honda-dono and Tokugawa-dono.*

I see! And what a fine friend it is!

[skycutting]

He's a great friend. ( he lets himself be lowered to the ground, hopping out of the Eidolon's hand. ) He's helped me out a lot.
