[Really, it was just kind of a mistake that Sheldon bumped into Ezio. He had made an emergency trip to the comic book store and was buried in the latest issue of Green Lantern glancing above him every so often to make sure that there is no pesky mistletoe following him. Too bad that when he looks back into the comic book he bumps into someone.

Have some flailng, Ezio as Sheldon tries to catch his precious comic book before it falls to the ground.]

What the hell IS their relationship.... /also makes your life hell and changes post. punchesbards December 10 2010, 07:00:53 UTC
[ How Ezio actually managed to run into someone was anyone's guess. Usually the assassin would have been able to dodge to the side easily, but one could blame the crowded streets and the obvious lack of room to do so. Maybe he should have used the roofs like he usually did.

Either way it happened, and Ezio just kind of grunted and inched to the side, extending a hand to grab the book before it hits the ground. Unaware of the devilish plant above their heads. ]

I have no answer for that lmao. /s-sob knocksthrice December 10 2010, 07:17:49 UTC
[Being Sheldon, he doesn't really thank Ezio vocally. He kind of looks up and realizes it's the assassin and nods. Just assume that this is a sort of thank you. His attention is more focused on the comic book that Ezio is holding wrong and not really on the mistletoe that's above them.]

Ezio.

Well he doesn't hate him...they're not really friends. ...High five then? :D punchesbards December 10 2010, 07:20:18 UTC
[ He's holding it wrong and with two fingers like it's dripping with poison. You're getting your NERD on him. ]

Sheldon. [ An equally uncaring greeting as he hands off the comic book, his free hand twitching slightly. ] Should you really be reading and walking at the same time?

Sheldon is kind of indifferent about him too...that sounds good though :Db knocksthrice December 10 2010, 07:27:39 UTC
[Ezio, you should be holding that thing with care! It's better than gold okay?]

If I were someone like Leonard than I shouldn't have, but my reflexes are relatively better than his. [His eyes flit to the comic. Give it backkkk.]

[ Gives him the stupid book. It looks dumb anyway. ]

Considering your inability to catch a flimsy book like this, I somehow doubt that.

[He flashes him a 'Live long and prosper' sign before tucking the comic book back into his bag.]

That can easily be disproven when Leonard and I play DDR.

DDR?

[ What the hell was that little sign thing he just did? Whatever it was, when Sheldon holds his hand up, Ezio feels the uncontrollable urge to high-five him. He doesn't even know why, but there it is. You just got high-fived by an assassin.

...Awkward. ]

[Uhh...Sheldon kind of gives Ezio this look before stepping away awkwardly.]

Dance Dance Revolution is a music video game series created by Konami. The general idea of the game is to step in time to a certain beat of a song and gain a high score. I was surprised to see they had it at the arcade.

[ Awkwardly indeed. It's about now that he notices the mistletoe. God dammit. ]

...Can you not dance on your own without the aid of a machine?

[Sheldon's gotten into explaining what DDR is to Ezio to notice the mistletoe yet. But he'll catch on. Eventually.]

Ezio, Ezio, Ezio. The point of DDR is not to 'dance' in your sense of the word; it is to prove that one has rhythm.

[ Ezio is still confused about that high five he just gave the other man.

Since he really doesn't care about DDR, he reaches up to snatch the plant from the air. ]

I suppose I wouldn't know. We don't have things like that in Firenze.

I suggest you try it then. Someone as coordinated as yourself should have no problem with a game like that.

[Annnnd that's when he notices the mistletoe.]

...Am I to assume that was the cause of your spontaneous high five earlier?

...It would seem so. It's not as cruel as I thought if that's all I had to do.

I've been trying very studiously to avoid them. I'm relieved we only had to high five.
