The night was quiet and clear, with not a cloud in sight; the perfect night to be outdoors. Flynn had obtained some fireworks earlier in the day after arresting a group of youths who had playing with them. Rather than lock them in the confiscated items vault of the Police Department, he decided to make the most of them and have a little fireworks display in the field behind the Tavern. He had forwarded a message across the network for all to see.
Attention citizens!
I realize that these past few weeks have been a difficult for those involved with the halloween festivities. Therefore, in order to reduce the stress caused, I've set up a firework display behind the Tavern in Espoir. Everyone is welcome to attend and all drinks will be free of charge, so please help yourself!
The fireworks will begin at 9pm exactly.
