[Allen blinks at the sudden look that seems to play on his heartstrings like they were a harp]
I found her in the kitchen, eating the food.
[does not question how he knows it is a her. Maybe it was the body shape or the demeanor or maybe something else entirely]
I think she's still hungry.
[awkward glance at Lenalee now.]

Shaking her head, Lenalee answers Allen.]
H-hungry? Oh... I... I see that she likes sweet things. [Turns to Amaterasu.]
Shall I make some more, if you liked my cookies? [Cradles her head to the side and smiles.]
[Of course she still hasn't forgotten the matter with Allen, but that can wait, especially now.]

[Allen scratches the back of his head and stands up when the goddess sits for attention as an answer to Lenalee. This wolf or whatever she is, is no regular animal. She's acting unusual even for a well trained animal. Still, if Lenalee doesn't mind, who is he to object. Especially given how tense things are between him and Lenalee at the moment. This is probably a welcome distraction.]

Just wait here. I'll be done soon. [With that, she turns around and starts to make the preparations.]
[She throws a glance at Allen; she doesn't know what to say. Still, she gives him a nervous smile for a short while. She doesn't want an uncomfortable air at the moment, even though she can't help it.]
I wonder what her name is. I wish she could talk. [Her voice is cheerful.] But it seems she can understand what we say. [That's a good thing, indeed. Lenalee always loves to get the good reactions from others when they eat the things she makes.]

Her ears perk at her words, her name? Well, truthfully they could call her whatever they wanted, she didn't mind. She continues to wag her tail happily, watching the girl work before tilting her head at Allen now.
She can still sense the tension and decides to lighten it a little by playfully nudging against Allen as though to distract him and have him focused on her.]

[Allen catches Lenalee's glance and shuffles a little uncomfortably. Oh what he wouldn't give for things to be back to normal again. That's when he feels the nudge from the invader turned guest. No he won't chase you this time. He wouldn't have if you had just come up and asked for food instead of stealing it but that's all water under the bridge now. You want his attention? You have it completely now]
[He crouches down to Ammy's level and puts a hand on top of her head gently]
I wonder. Do you think someone lost her?
[And now he's petting you gently like it is the most natural thing he could do. Oh look, there's even the start of an honest smile]

[As Lenalee is looking for it, she is presented with the sight of Amaterasu and Allen. Right at that time, her cheeks blushes a little at the cuteness that is being displayed. She cannot help but smile at them, this time her smile is a perfectly genuine one.]
No idea. But she is already familiar with people, it seems. She seems to be smart enough not to get lost as well. I hope she hasn't been alone here, though.
[Amaterasu must have been desperate to steal food, maybe. Lenalee doesn't like the thought of that. Yes, she would make her the best cookies she has ever eaten.
Right at that moment, Lenalee remembers what she is supposed to do. Panicking slightly, she looks for the sugar. When she finally finds it, she lets out a sigh in relief.]
Do you want some too? [Asks Allen this time. Completely forgets about their 'little' problem for a while. At the same time, she winks at Amaterasu cheerfully.]

Alone though, she was, which brought her a reminder of how she missed a tiny little green bug boy.
Her tail slows at the alone word, but she still retains her perky happy-dog look as she tilts her head a little to glance over to Lenalee in which she spots the wink. She barks to her in response, looking up at Allen. She'll share this time, don't worry.]

[he notes the slowing of the tail and can't help but wonder if that is Ammy's way of answering.]
[Allen blinks when Lenalee addresses HIM directly. That's rare thing nowadays. He nods quickly]
I'd love some. Your cookies were delicious, Lenalee
[Says Allen with a bright smile. He isn't intending to flatter her or anything. Not on purpose at least. It is merely the truth. And now we return to more petting and stroking.]

Before she notices, all of her worries and anger are gone, thanks to the small cooking session and to this lovely guest. She too notices how her tail slows down a little. Does Ammy even have a place to stay? Of course, she doesn't want to ask this openly. It would probably hurt Ammy's feelings.
Allen's compliment makes her blush a little. No, he doesn't manage to get through her, mind you. It's just that she loves it when people likes her cooking... Oh well, maybe he is indeed getting through her now. She hates it when he is mean like that.]
Thank you! Well, you would love anything as long as they are edible, anyway. [Giggles a little.]
I am glad that you liked my cookies too. [She says, as she turns towards Ammy. Ammy and Allen look so cute that it makes her laugh finally.]

That's true. But Lenalee's cookies were REALLY good. Did you learn the recipe from Jeryy?
[asks Lenalee with a bright smile as he continues petting.]

[Sounds surprised.] Thanks, though. [Giggles happily as she also sees Ammy's reaction.]
[When she is finally done with the preparations, she puts the cookies to the oven.] Let's just wait for a short while, eh?
[She walks towards Ammy and Allen and bends next to Ammy.] I guess we forgot to say 'Welcome.', eh?

That was till ears perked to Lenalee's approach, turning her attention to the young girl as she then knelt next to her. She sniffed in her direction, wagging her tail but barking once in greeting. That was alright, she sorta intruded anyways.]

I still wish we had a name for you. We can't just call you "her" all the time. It feel rude
[still he smiles and continues to pet Ammy. The feel of the fur under his hand is oddly soothing.]
