The moment the train had appeared in Espoir, Lara had jumped on it, exploring and taking notes. While she never minded being alone, she had been surprised not to find her usual exploring partner since she had come to this world. But it hadn't matter, if the Assassin had missed the train, literally, since she would be able to give him a pretty good summary of how it looked, pictures included.
The young woman had been barely surprised when the train had come to life and had 'magically' brought her and whoever else on it through the sink hole and to the buried castle. This was working to her advantage, after all. She had wanted to see the castle ever since she had learned of it, convinced that it could contain information about this strange world, and perhaps as well, a way to get back to her world.
And so she had been more or less fazed when dropped in a black room on her lonesome. The costume she had been stuck with wasn't anything she would normally wear, but at least it had come well equipped with weapons and supplies. Cracking a light stick, she lighted her way to the hallway, one gun pointing out in front of her. The screams and screeching sounds put her on the alert and she carefully made her way to the next room.
