[ Anyone out walking nearby the apartments in the third district will see, or possibly smell, a fire that has broken out in a planter situated outside the Lagrange Apartments. It isn't that large, but regardless, there is black smoke of a sizable portion floating upwards from the flames. A dark-haired man in armor is standing nearby, his gaze on a small, bound book in his right hand and his lips mouthing words, presumably something written in the book.

If I can start a fire this way, there should be a way to put one out, too, right? Well, not that it matters much. If I can set Shizu-chan's head on fire, I'm not really too worried about putting it out. Though I should probably go get a bucket of water before this gets out of hand.
