[early that day, Draco makes his way out to the field opposite his home, broom in one hand, and three balls of differing colours balanced neatly on top of each other in his other. He hums to himself before setting

[Well, that creeper had mentioned he probably didn't have it right. Oh well.]

Ah, no but I really don't need one. You see, I just wanted to ask if you could tell the man with the purple hair that I showed up but didn't make the team. It wouldn't be a lie!

And why's that, out of curiosity?

Well, I'm not really interested in trying to play, but he seemed to be expecting me to show. And I didn't have a chance to tell him I couldn't before he hung up.

[He just had time to squeak that out before getting hugged and kissed. The word breaks off into a frantic yelp.]

By hurling itself at people, naturally.

That doesn't sound bad. What do you want me to do for the tryout, then?
