The brother of the only human (how human was questionable) Izaya found distasteful. They had never spoken but he was a recognizable actor and someone he kept more tabs on than the average person, considering his relation to the enemy.]

It's hard to say for sure but that's the general assumption around here. It's called a dream world, though that is foggy as well. It's nothing like back home.

That device you arrived with allows you to communicate with other people here. It also broadcasts dreams of yours and of others', sometimes against the will of the dreamer.

Not as far as I know. At least not willingly. Of course it's something I'm looking into but for the time being you had best get situated. It doesn't look like anyone's getting out of here by choice for a while, if ever.
