Darkness Falls

As the first sliver of moon appears at the top of the night sky, a strange fog rises from the ground. Not only is this fog present in the city and village, but also out in the desert and in the dreams of every person residing in Somarium. It is subtle, and does not affect any dream except for perhaps the small mention of notice

[he can see in the dark. He's a vampire. Even his eyes are sort of...glowing. But he's not so sure about everyone else]

[Looks like Claire ended up staying the cottage instead of going back to the church. She's using her Dreamberry's backlight to find Takuma in the dark.]

[He looks over at Claire, having no problem spotting her]

You said you brought a flash light, right?

Would you like me to try to find it?

[Whoops. She had forgotten about that flashlight. Blame the series of unfortunate events currently befalling Somarium.]

It probably rolled under something while we were playing cards. [Lets out a breath] I'll help you look.

[He nods]

We have candles, though, so it won't be too much of a problem, but we can still look for your flashlight.

[he goes over to the candles and lights one, handing it to her]

Here you are, a temporary light until we find it.

[Takes the candle into her hand, careful not to let the wax burn her fingers.]

It's probably in the living room. Maybe under the couch?

I can see well in the dark.

[He goes over to the couch and bends down on all fours, lowering his head to peer beneath the couch]

[Claire follow suit, looking at the other side of the couch; balancing the candle in one hand.]

[Way ahead of you Takuma. Claire goes over there to check and no luck. The way she was holding her candle made the wax drip on her fingers, making her hiss in pain.]

Ahh! [And quickly flicking the wax off.] Geez. Stupid--

[He looks over at her and goes over to the other blond]

[He takes the candle from her so she doesn't hurt herself again and holds it out for her]
