Standing outside Yamamoto’s door, Gokudera had thought, more than once, about turning around and going back to his own room so that he wouldn’t have to talk about what he was going to bring up with the rain guardian. In a guilty way he was glad that the tenth wasn’t around; this would have been even more difficult because Tsuna cared about every one of them so much.
He was even willing to take on a position he didn’t want to make sure that no one else was harmed.
Gokudera shook his head to clear away the thought. He couldn’t cope with that right now on top of telling Yamamoto what had really happened at home. Even though they didn’t know who was responsible for the attack, his fellow guardian had a right to know what was going on lest someone else appear and tell him first so with a heavy heart he cleared his throat and knocked Yamamoto’s bedroom door.
