Viral is going to turn around right away at that voice to glare at whoever was speaking to him. Like he was an idiot or something. "Thanks", of course, he didn't really sound thankful. What can you expect, the guy sounded like he was subtly calling the beastman General an idiot!
"Yes, I know. It's something that you humans know all about, but you'll have to forgive me, I don't usually waste my time on frivolous entertainment." He looked the man up and down then, sizing him up as he saw a sword. Another human warrior. Another potential opponent.
"I know what they do, not what they look like, but apparently they are boxes." His eyes darted back to the weapon as he noticed the human warrior seeming to notice him noticing the weapon. Ugh. What a train of though. Anyway, it seemed like the man was looking for a fight, from the way he was tensed up with an expression like that.
Obviously, Viral was right about this place. The humans were going to try to kill him. Well, he wasn't going to roll over and let it happen, nor would he flee. His chances were good enough.
Viral glared back at the other man's face, his hand moving to grip the hand of his cleaver. He wouldn't pull the weapon unless he was directly threatened, still not wanting the wrath of the human 'hive' to fall upon him like a swarm of angry bees.
That's an odd sight to see for her first visit to the shopping district. Veola was looking for a place to find a cauldron when she passed Viral and heard the question.
She didn't know the answer to that one. She should ignore him and move along. "You should ask someone who knows", she said offhand.
She started wondering if she's in the wrong area. There's nothing but machines around here.
