[Kira is simply walking through the streets, exploring the area for answers as well. Due to his genetic modifications, the wounds he arrived with are rapidly healing, but underneath the shirt he found, crisscrossing bandages can still be seen.

He notices a familiar face in the distance.]

Tieria?

[He calmly walks over, and notices the model in his hands.]

So, you have one too?

[He holds up his own crystal replica to show Tieria. It's a model of his dear robotic bird, Birdy.]

Kira Yamato.

[Tieria looks down at the model in his hand before looking to Kira and then to the replica held in front of him. After a bit of hesitation, he holds his own crystal model out for Kira to see.]

This model of Virtue was located beside my communication device when I awoke this morning.

[He gives the Virtue model a long, analytical stare, and the nods.]

I found mine the same way.

[It certainly looks like a Gundam, and he moves a hand to touch it before realizing what he's doing. He hesitates before getting too close though.]

May I see it? I'll show you mine.

I am not interested in seeing yours.

[His grip tightens slightly on Virtue]

You may, however, briefly look at the model of Virtue.

Thanks.

[He takes a moment to pose his Birdy model so that it's clinging to his shoulder, just like the real thing would. He then reaches out to gently take the Virtue model. He handles it delicately, looking at it with complete fascination.]

Is this an exact replica?

[Tieria takes the model from Kira and looks at it a moment, lightly touching and attempting to remove a piece of the armor. It looks as if whoever placed this by his communication device even knows about Nadleeh... He studies the model carefully before carefully placing the piece of armor back in its place and handing the model back to Kira.]

It appears that it is an exact replica.

[He nods in thanks and accepts the model back eagerly, now interested in it's intricacy. Removable pieces, what a neat little replica. He holds it closer to his face to get a better view.]

Hmm. It looks a little bulkier than what I'm used to seeing.

[He then holds it out for Tieria to take back.]

How does it function in combat? Long-range, short-range...

[He's trailing off. This type of thing shouldn't interest him, but he just can't help it.]

[Tieria takes the model and looks at it while talking to Kira]

Both long-range and close-range.

[He touches the GN Bazooka mounted in Virtue's hand]

Combined with the GN Field and armor, Virtue's optimal performance is seen at long-range.

It sounds like a pretty formidable machine.

[He sounds impressed, and moves to remove the crystal bird from his shoulder to once again clutch in his hands. He just can't seem to part with it for long, either.]

All four Gundam models we operate with have their own specialties in combat. GN-005 Gundam Virtue was built specifically for my use.

[He looks to the bird in Kira's hands]

What is that?

The Virtue belongs to you, then?

[That's a little surprising, he couldn't imagine ever owning one. His attention then snaps to his own crystal model. He smiles.]

Oh, this? [He holds it up for Tieria to get a better look.] This is a model of my friend, Birdy.

[Yup, he says that so innocently. On the inside though, it's completely killing him. It just serves as a harsh reminder of what happened before his arrival.]

Your friend?

[And, yes, this is the face he's making at the replica of Birdy]

Yes.

[He nods, and then pauses. He's looking too fondly at the replica, he's completely oblivious to Tieria's expression.]

Well, he's a robotic bird, but he's very important to me.

Similar to how the orange Haro is important to Lockon Stratos, I suppose...

[He's still fondly staring at the replica, so he totally missed that.]

I just wish this were the real thing.

This situation would be much more manageable if I had Virtue at my disposal.
