[Vanille had been wondering the streets, exploring the world she had woken upon weeks ago. She heard some noises by the alleyway and decided to check it up.

Seeing someone act in panic and not in ease got her wondering.]

Ack! [Someone has spotted him! He looked her over, not noticing anything beastlike about her and immediately being on his guard. What could he possibly answer that with. Agh... this was just making him panic more. He sat on his hands then, looking away as he spoke to hide his shark teeth. The less she knew the better. Maybe she wouldn't notice. Maybe he could get away with pretending to be one of these monkeys for a few moments. God, he hoped it would only be a few moments before he is rescued...]

I-I'm fine! Just tired, that's all!

[The man sure did act weird, looking away like that. She moved closer wanting to take a good look at him.]

[She wasn't going away! Why wasn't she going away? To make it worse, now she was closer to him. He was going to have to run away, wasn't he? Find another hiding place, this time a better one, since the whole hive will be looking for a beastman hiding out. She'll surely know something is up if he moved, but he can't get away with this just sitting here! He sat quiet for a moment before jumping up and facing her.]

I don't know what you've done to get me here, but I've already contacted the Spiral King, and he'll find you, even if you kill me!

[What in the... She was trying to see if this man was alright and now he's talking about her killing him? And what's this about a spiral king? She seemed very upset by that.]

[Not very nice? Not here to kill him? Human trickery! Obviously she wants him off-guard. Still, it was strange that she didn't even seem to notice his claws or teeth. No! That was just her trying to comfort him into a false sense of security! Commander Viral of the Human Eradication Army would not be tricked by such cheap... tricks!]

Haha, yeah, and I'm sure it wasn't you humans who brought me here in my sleep too, huh? I don't know how you got into Teppelin unnoticed or why you brought me of all people, but I won't fall for your deception!

[Best place to run, best place to run... He looked around for an opening, but the worst part about this ingenious hiding place was that it had him all but trapped between walls and this human. Who would, of course, only approach a Beastman if they had weapons on him. And his weapon at the moment... was a phone. Hardly useful.]

[Well... that was certainly strange. I mean, it wouldn't put him off his guard. This woman could be the odd one out. If she didn't know how she got here, then maybe she really wasn't going to kill him. He'd keep an eye on her anyway, but seemed to visibly relax with a sigh.]

[Explaining himself, to a human? That seems strange. Wasn't it humans who were discriminated against by Beastmen? She didn't know that? This was getting weirder by the moment.]

If I remember correctly, we are in the dream world. Apparently, odd things tends to happen. Although, honestly I have yet too see any odd things happening. Except well, a change in memory.

[Well that hardly made sense. Beastmen don't dream... do they? He didn't remember ever dreaming.]

I hear dreams aren't constrained by logic, so odd things happening don't seem unlikely if what you're saying is true. But I still find this all very improbable...

Are you certain you don't want to kill me or torture me for information?

[Maybe the 'change in memory' she was talking about just jumbled up her head, and this isn't a dream world and he's really still in danger. Either way, he couldn't afford to be off-guard with so many humans about. Not even if he's talking with one who's mind is all messed up by whatever.]

[All she did was a simple shrug. The whole concept is weird in general and anyone speaking about it may seem weird themselves.]

I've been here for a few weeks already...It just seems too real.

[She let out a huff and then managed a smile. Boy, he sure was persistent about the whole idea of her killing him. Least he didn't seem willing to hurt her..yet.]

[Introductions? He snarled at her a bit, finding her strange friendliness almost insulting. A human, acting like they're meeting a puppy-dog or something! He growled, unsure of how to approach the situation. He could introduce himself, yeah, or he could run away. Or he could attack her. No, that last option sounded bad.

If he really was in a different world, then they would have no reason to hurt him at the moment, but if he hurt a human, he would surely be hunted down. Such a bothersome situation. He didn't know what to think.]

[ She trailed off, not finishing her sentence. He did seem a bit grumpy and tends to act like he doesn't like humans in a way. Eh, it's possible he's nice deep deep inside. Or not. Oh well. ]
