Tieria was on his way back to Lockon's apartment after his (what had become daily) morning visit to the library. He stopped before entering the apartment building to observe two rather curious looking horses with... wings? Attached to a carriage? Why was this nonsense here? Was this some doing of Suoh Tamaki? ...It seemed like something he would be involved in.
Tieria quickly made his way to the elevator and up to the apartment, rushing in to find Lockon. "Lockon Stratos, please come here at once. This quite important."
No reply.
Tieria raised his voice, "LOCKON STRATOS."
