[Here is Beat sitting on one of the benches in the park. His expression is pained as he clenches his teeth together while unwrapping what looks to be a bloody bandage. He makes a face when he finally gets to see the wound underneath. Looks like one of the scratches from that

[Ty Lee is honestly a bit drowsy. It feels like she's been sleeping forever, and her limbs are rather stiff to prove it. As a result, she's making her way around town trying to wake up her limbs up when she sees Beat and runs over to him and wrapping her arms around his shoulders not noticing his grimace.]

Beat!

[Beat was taken by surprise, not expecting that at all. He could tell who it was immediately though and he couldn't help but smile upon hearing it, especially because he was worried about her last week.]

Yo, Flips! Ain't seen you 'round.

[Flips over the bench so that she is seated comfortably beside him.]

Yeah. I think I must have had a really long nap or something...What happened while I was sleeping? I hope I didn't miss anything fun.

[gangstaspeak]

So you was in one a' those sleep comas?

[He wasn't sure whether to be relieved or not. Looks like nothing happened to her during the whole jungle and dinosaur fiasco though. That alone was a good thing.]

Fun? Naw, yo! Last week was hell if ya ask me! [And he looks over to that wound of his. It was a pretty good reminder of last week, that's for sure.]

Is that what they're called? Either way, I'm really sore! I can't go that long without moving.

[Ty Lee tilts her head to the side, suddenly conerned.]

Hell? That doesn't sound very...[She trails off as she sees the wound and the blood.] Beat! You're bleeding! Is there something you're not telling me?

[gangstaspeak]

Yeah. Rhyme's gotten into one a' those before.

[He's still trying to stop the bleeding. He turns to look at Ty Lee, the expression on his face sheepish.] Kinda... got into some trouble last week, you know.

[centerofthering]

[Ty Lee is really concerned now. She's looking for anything that can maybe stop the bleeding] I can see what you mean by it not being fun at all!

Have you seen a docotor about it?

[gangstaspeak]

[All Beat's got is that bandage from earlier.]

Naw. Jus' thought I'd wrap it up on my own.

[centerofthering]

You've been wrapping it on your own?! You have to clean it first and then wrap it! Do you have any clean bandages?

[gangstaspeak]

I hadta back in the jungle, yo! Ain't no bandages lyin' 'round back then! [Sob, but you don't know the whole story!]

[Pauses for a moment, then--] I got a coupla them back at my place.

[centerofthering]

[Stands up and grabs Beat's hand.]

Then I'm going to clean them for you and you can tell me about what I missed while I was sleeping.

I can't believe I slept through a jungle!

[gangstaspeak]

Huh? You don't gotta do that, Flips. It ain't too bad.

[He can't help but chuckle a little at that. He had a lot of filling-in to do.] Was more than jus' a jungle, yo!

[centerofthering]

What are you talking about? You're bleeding!

Really? What kind of animals were there?

[gangstaspeak]

Well, it ain't as bad as when I got it, yo!

[He sighs a little. Animals?] Ain't no animals 'round, try dinosaurs.

[centerofthering]

I'd be really worried if it were.

[Stops in her tracks.] Dinosaurs? Really?

[gangstaspeak]
