Sera had been adjusting to this world gradually. At first it was difficult, getting used to suddenly being totally free to do whatever she wanted. There was so much about life that she never had been able to explore. She was scared in the beginning, but at least Argilla was here, and she was meeting a lot of nice people. Even without the rest of the tribe, it wasn't so bad. She was learning so much.
However, Sera's most exciting discovery wasn't until today. She had been walking around the city, just to marvel at the feeling of being able to walk around by herself without having to worry, and she saw something that immediately completely mesmerized her... She had finally stumbled upon the lake! The girl ran to go get a closer look. it may not have been the ocean, but it was big enough to still be exciting. However, the fact that there was a lake meant nothing when she saw what was floating on the lake...
Boats! There were some small boats on the lake! She loved boats! Back in her world, one of her dreams was to get to go on a boat with Serph. After a few minutes of staring at them in wonder, Sera found a nice place to sit by the shore so that she could watch the lake for a while longer.
