It was a very curious thing, willingly not sleeping in her own bed. She hadn't done such a thing since her arrival. Although were she not asleep, she would have pondered at the idea that she was dreaming of sleeping in a different bed and was dreaming of dreaming altogether. Which was a very confusing and headache-inducing tangent. She was very lucky she was asleep in that case. But back to the matter at hand, Alice for the first time since coming to Somarium was willingly not sleeping in her own bed.

It had been surreal (which was a very telling statement coming from Alice) when after... saving (because she hated the idea of "winning" or worse "buying") Sebastian and Stitch (and Mokona which she wasn't entirely sure how that had happened) that they were shown to a room to stay in. She was not used to a night where Monsieur didn't kiss her forehead goodnight. She wasn't used to Takuuma not greeting her a "good morning" as he was just waking up. She wasn't used to sleeping in a bed not covered in pillows and stuffed animals.

But... she had been very uncomfortable the whole night. The fact that Monsieur was not in the room next door a very large portion of her discomfort. But her discomfort aside, it was a very lovely spa. Not that she had never been to a spa, nor did she really know what a spa was. But this spa-thing was a very lovely thing all the same. Which was a very good thing. And she somewhat expected it to be lovely what with Tamaki holding the event.

But now it was a new day. And not only a new day... but a day with Sebastian and the others. Alice instantly started tugging and pulling at her fingers. This was a bit terribly troublesome. She had had maids and butlers back home, of course. But no one and nothing nearly as attentive as Sebastian was. But... he was a noble's butler. Alice imagined that was the difference. She stood up and slipped out of bed into her little bunny slippers. Basil... well... she wasn't sure why, but Basil was glowing pink. Strange, she thought, Basil was not very prone to glowing before!

She looked up when she thought she heard a knock on the door but she wasn't sure if she had heard correctly.
