[And Austria is also walking around this new place, but unlike America, he looks quiiiiiite irritated. This is not his house, this was not his stuff, there wasn't even a decent piano (let alone violin, flute, clarinet, etc.) in his room, and it wasn't exactly the warmest building Austria had ever been in. Naturally he had to see if there was any way out of this place or if he could find whoever was responsible for tossing him in this disgusting place. He also may or may not be a little lost, which is why he might look just a bit glad to see someone who he's familiar with, even if that someone's America. He doesn't, though, like the fact that he can't tell what America's talking about.]

America, do you know anything about this? Or for that matter, have you seen that idiot Prussia lately? This sort of stunt seems exactly like something he would try to pull off.

*America blinks when some German is thrown at him. And that irritated voice - it was no doubt Austria. Why was he speaking to him in German again?*

*Well, since his boys were occupying Germany right now, America did know a phrase or two. Just so that he can get by. And there is a perfect one to use here. Clearly his throat and standing proud.*

Ich weiß nicht.
And speak English, Austria. I can't understand a single word you're saying!

[Now normally Austria would be able to have a nice conversation in English with America, should he desire to do so. However, thanks to this lovely event, Austria's been reduced to only being able to understand French and German. America's "ich weiß nicht," though, kind of makes him internally facepalm a bit. America's accent kind of sucked, but that's not what Austria's irritated with. Aside from that not-so-great German phrase, All Austria can pick out of America's response was his own name and English, since it sounds similar to how he would say English in German.]

"I don't know?" I can't say I expected you to understand, really. I am unable to understand English at the moment, America. [America is, of course, welcome to pick out words that sound like English words, should you choose to do so.]

Ah man, don't tell me you're like that too.

*A frown, he slowly replayed what Austria said just now.* Uh, something about English and you said my name. So you can't understand my English!! Oh, okay! Right, right! Everyone seems to be like that here.

Oh and I think you mentioned Prussia? I have no idea! *shrugging, hopefully Austria got that message.*

[Well, he could get "can't" and "English" out of that. At least, he assumes, America understood that he was having a little difficulty speaking English at the moment. He also picks up Prussia and notices America shrugging. He interprets that as America not knowing where Prussia is and frowns at that. He hadn't seen Prussia for a while, either, and that worries him quite a bit. After all, quiet Prussias are never good. When he speaks, he tries speaking slowly and clearly enunciating all his words in hopes that America can understand some of it.]

Yes, Prussia. Have you seen him as of late?

*He rubs his chin at the question. Another thing about Prussia? He crosses his finger and forms a valid x - meaning no.*

I haven't seen Prussia. Nope.

He wasn't even *draws a house with his arms and then shakes his head* in his estate thing. England was there snoozing away though.

[He can kind of understand what America's getting at with all his miming actions. He doesn't understand the part about England, but he does get that America hasn't seen Prussia... or Prussia's house, as Austria understands it. He also hears England's name, but naturally can't make out whatever comes after that.]

Do you know where England is right now? [he shrugs his shoulders and glances around the room to emphasize the 'where' aspect.]

*Since he was sleeping last time he saw him and people have the tendency to sleep a lot when they're here, he guessed that England was still asleep somewhere.* Uh well -

I think he's sleeping? *He gathers his hands and rests his head on top of them, pretending to slumber.* But no idea where is he! *He mimicked Austria's gestures and then tilted his head. He really did look clueless.*

[He frowns a bit. He would have assumed England, if they could find him, would be able to understand a bit of French and could work as a translator of sorts, but with England asleep and America not knowing where he was, that seemed to be out of the question. It was worth a try, he thought, to see if America remembered any French. After all, France had helped raise America at one point, hadn't he?]

I don't suppose you can understand this, can you?

*Well, he might know not much, and his accent could definitely use some work. But he does understand French - since, well ... France was one of his allies for some reason since Revolution days.*

Hey, I didn't know you spoke French. Yeah, I can understand ya.

[OH MY GOD YOU SPEAK A LANGUAGE HE CAN UNDERSTAND AT THE MOMENT. This is much better. He also doesn't care if America's accent is suck because he is not French and German is better.]

Well, this is much better, and of course I know French. Whether I like it or not, French is a rather important language to know.

*IT'S A MIRACLEEEE- Wait a sec, America's checking out your German accent on French. Huh, hadn't heard that ... ever.*

I know what you mean, France sure didn't waste time spreading around either.
So what were you asking earlier? I probably got them, but let's double check!

[Well if you would spend more time in Europe, doing sophisticated things with important European countries, you would've heard that before, America. :|]

Very well. I asked if you knew anything about this situation and if you have seen Prussia lately.

I'm afraid I don't know about either of them. Especially Prussia. *... HE TRIED THAT ONE TIME. But messing with Europe never ends well for us. Really. 8l;*

Remember when I was going to break into his house? No one was there expect England - and he was in total coma too.
