Aya paused when he saw a familiar figure ahead of him. He was still some distance away but he would know that body anywhere. And the boy was in his mission clothes. That much was obvious from here. Frowning, he started to undo his trenchcoat. It would be too big for the boy but certainly better than nothing in temperatures this low.
As he drew closer, his eyes widened somewhat. Sena was covered in blood. Where was the boy from that he was injured? Or, if that wasn't his blood, whose was it?
Without further hesitation, he ran over to him. His long braid flew behind him but he ignored it. His teammate, someone he still felt was too young for this, was covered in blood and somewhere he wasn't familiar with. Every instinct burning in him told him to help him sooner rather than later.
Sena startled at Aya's voice, jumping slightly and trying to get up and turn to face whoever was coming--he was confused enough that he didn't recognize Aya's voice at first, it took a moment or two for his mind to catch up with what--who--he was seeing.
"A...Aya?"
The teenager's blue eyes were wide and blank with shock, he was shivering, and the cold air combined with his sudden, graceless movements were starting to make his wounds stab with sharp pain. "I'm sorry, I couldn't..."
Throwing the coat around the boy, violet eyes immediately started to assess the damage. Plenty of blood. That much was clear right away. But Aya was more concerned about the sight of a bullet wound. It was where Sena's heart was. There was no way he could survive that. Could he be from the future? It was possible.
Sena gaining such a fatal wound in the future was troubling.
Aya shook his head and finally looked up at Sena's face. The shock was clear to see. "I'm going to get you somewhere warmer. Can you walk?"
Seeing as he had nothing to do, really, except watch his Dreamberry, Youji was aware when Sena appeared among the list of contacts. He frowned deeply. The honest truth was that he hadn't had much to do with the kid before, and Aya would be better at explaining things, anyway.
Still, he was listening for the sound of Aya's door opening and closing. He was curious, and some of the things he'd seen on his Dreamberry made him uneasy. Sena was a firecracker with a remarkable talent for making things worse, yes, but he was an ally.
And there was the possibility--the possibility he was from Youji's future, and knew exactly what Youji had fallen to on that final mission...

This wasn't right, none of this was right. He shouldn't be here, wherever this was, he shouldn't even be breathing.
