[Haruhi is standing on the fountain, her hands on her hips, beaming like there's no tomorrow.  She takes a deep breath, enjoying the moment before calling out

[ This would be the first time she's met Haruhi in person since speaking to the girl over the dream berries. And she almost forgot about the meeting. Eek. With the threat of penalties looming over her head, Terra sprints into the plaza - she had farther to go being outside of civilization, but the half esper soon arrives, glancing around for the brunette. This wasn't a bad idea right? ]

[ Terra can't help but smile. The girl was kind of scary, but at the same time, so full of energy she couldn't help but like her. So over she trots. ]
I'm sorry, I couldn't find the fountain at first.

Yeah, I guess it's pretty confusing around here. I didn't realize how big this Somarium place really is!

I didn't either. I haven't really had a look around, to be honest. Um - are the other people here part of the ... what was it called? The Brade - no, Brigade, right? Are they all part of it too? [ She's ...just a bit nervous with the crowd, see. ]

[She flinches slightly at the misuse of the name, but gets over it, for once in her life.] Yup, they're all here to be part of the action! It's more popular than I thought originally!

[ Somehow Terra gets the feeling she just dodged a bullet somewhere... ]
But the Brigade is supposed to help people, right? This just means a lot of people want to help people, so that's good. [ She glances around again, marveling because that is a lot of people. ]

Since you wanted us all to gather so that more people know about the Brigade, I guess that means this is a shining success, right?

Of course! It makes the world a better place!

"Shining success" fits this event to a "t"! It couldn't have gone any better in my mind. Well, unless an alien, time-traveler, or esper showed up right off the bat, but I'm realistic. They wouldn't just appear in broad daylight.

Well.. I didn't know you knew anything about espers. [ Pause. ] Well, I don't either, but I thought that not a lot of people knew what they were.

Not a lot of people do! Except for the espers and me, and...scientists, and astrologers, and all of those smart people! But they keep it a secret, because they've formed an alliance with supernatural beings! Well, some of them, anyway.

[ ... huh. Terra suddenly looks thoughtful. ]

So people who work with scientific things know about Espers? ... I wonder if Ema knows about them too.

That's what I think! And I don't know who Ema is, but if she's science-y, I'm sure she'll be able to tell you all about 'em!

But if it's a secret, I don't think she'll tell me anything. How do you find these supernatural beings anyway?

Oh, good point...well, we'll find a way to make her talk!

I'm hoping that they'll appear in front of us when they hear about our cause, but we may have to flush 'em out with some magical detection or something!
