[ A faint giggle as he removes his scarf, shrugging in the process. ]

I wasn't aware I was acting like that. [ A pause. ] I didn't chase him, like I said.

[After talking to Neku, Shiki goes back to the apartment, riding the elevator to the 7th floor. She gets out but stops in front of her door to glance at a certain apartment next door. She pauses, thinking of she can do for the person that probably still inside.

An idea hits her, quickly making her way into her own apartment to get another mug, a piece of paper and pen. There was still some hot chocolate left in the thermos so she pours that out. When that was done, she uncapped the pen and wrote a note addressed to Joshua.

Shiki then walks back outside with the mug and note in hand. Carefully places them down on the floor in front of the apartment's doorstep. She knocks on the door. Was about to call out Joshua's name but decides against it. Thinking she has done what she can, Shiki returns to her own apartment satisfied.

I hope you feel better soon, Joshua.
