[needles. needles. well at least he didn't have to get any shots or anything like that. he did cringe a few times during the stitching because pointy thing to skin and feeling that string run through flesh = ouch.

but it was over a lot faster than he expected, so when Derek was done, he glanced down at it before starting to sit up]
