The nights tended to be quiet around here and often led to Aya reading. It was something to occupy his mind until he and his sister finally had their talk. Something that hadn't happened yet. Something he wasn't looking forward to.

Some noise above him made him pause and look up. The roof? He was sure that he probably shouldn't jump to conclusions but his hand automatically went for his sword.

No. He should speak with Ken and Omi first. See if they heard it.

Rising up, he left his apartment and went next door. He knocked lightly while he waited for one of the two of them to answer.
