[Kyou couldn't help but still be annoyed by the gift he had gotten from the Secret Santa thing. It only reminded him of things he would much rather not think about. Stupid cat earmuffs. Now, all could think about was whether the gift he had given was enough for him to go home

[Trucy is walking through Espoir, with a bag full of groceries for the apartment when she decides to take a shortcut through the alleyways to get back to Somni faster.

That's when she notices and odd sight on her shortcut. An orange cat carrying clothes in his mouth...huh. She stops in front of the cat and stoops down, smiling]

Hey, there kitty! You shouldn't be out when it's cold.

[Kyou looks up at the girl for a moment. Today was definitely not his day. He turns the other way and quickens his pace, ducking into another alley.]

[Trucy blinks a few times as Kyou rushes off before she follows after the cat, forgetting that she had to be home soon.]

Kitty, come back!

[No way he's turning back! Watch him run at full speed now, Trucy!]

[And Trucy picks up her speed and runs after Kyou, kind of grinning when she sees a wall up ahead]

[...Wall. Bad, bad, bad turn. Kyou's looking for some kinda of exit and finds none. He's got his back against the wall now, hoping he could run past after the girl comes a bit closer.]

[Trucy's ability does extend to animals to a certain extent and she can tell what Kyou's planning. So she just stands there waiting for him to make his move]

[And he darts by, right between her legs!]

[She's going to feel bad about this later, but..

Just as he darts between her legs, Trucy grabs his tail and hauls him up, wincing a little as she does so]

Sorry about this, kitty! But it really isn't good to be out in the snow. [She tucks him in her arms making sure that he can't escape and backtracks towards her initial destination]

[Kyou did not expect her to be able to grab him. By the tail no less. That action was painful enough on it's on that he couldn't help but open his mouth to shout some kind of profanity. ]

[Luckily he was able to stop himself but dropped his clothes in the process. Sure, he wasn't going to change while he was in the girl's arms but he was going to be in trouble when he finally does. All he could do now is try to wriggle out of her arms.]
