Although this specific victory was oddly not quite as sweet as others. Perhaps it was the fact that Dist's ego had swollen to annoying proportions, or that it was hard for Jade to resist poking fun at the God-General when Dist got too cocky. He would hold back, for now, at least until they got to the mansion. Jade could always count on Peony to annoy Dist enough for the both of them. "Lead the way."
