Who: Javert, Edgeworth and the Police Force Interviewees - Anyone who feels like playing this out. Pretty much everyone is in, so no worries.
Where: Government District Courthouse
Style: Third preferred, but I like first too. I just tend to tl;dr with Javert.

Javert had written down the names of potential gendarmes and detectives as they contacted him about his open call for interviews.
The dear inspector had devised a modest makeshift office for himself within a small side-room in the court house. The man had few belongings, and therefore it was extremely spare, consisting only of a single desk slightly too small for his lofty frame, few papers and a single flameless lamp. Several thick, yellow legal pads sat in a neat pile in front of him. He tapped the point of his fountain pen absently against the paper.
There was little to do but wait for his first arrival, an Akihiko Sanada. Presumed young, likely an Oriental. And in waiting, Javert had no work to preoccupy his thoughts.
And so he lounged at his desk, knees bent to accommodate the desk's insufficient height, spine curved so that his gangly self was hunched over his small space. His gaze was blank and unseeing, his lower lip drooping in distant preoccupation as if trapped in thought, in a far-off place.
Such was this strange man.
It remained to be seen whether the entrance of his first interviewee would shake him out of it so easily.
