[Duzell's out walking around, but don't worry he can't be hurt much by the sands. He'll be scratched but that's about it. Since he noticed Albel's survival guide, he decided to check the courthouse just in case some unfortunate person ends up getting blown away trying to reach it.
He gave props to the human for being quite strategic.Though as he passed by the courthouse he sensed, or rather smelt someone nearby in the courthouse. He casually approaches it.His hair was whipping violently, but most of him is covered by the large black cloak of his. This sandstorm was just a large elemental spell to him.
He wasn't too affected. Akihiko should hear footsteps approaching him]
[The sound of approaching footsteps naturally catches Akihiko's attention. He turns to face them, a hand reaching down to rest against the hilt of the Evoker strapped to his side. Although he's fairly certain anyone approaching would be someone seeking shelter, it was never a poor idea to be unprepared... Just in case.]
[Duzell sighed. He was never going to get used to this. It was either some cautious fool or someone like this person behind the door. He stopped in his steps]
Don't be alarmed. I'm only checking in.
[He mused in a calm tone. Though the familiar voice was giving him a clue of who it was.]
[That voice is somewhat familiar to his ears. Akihiko is quick to open the door for Duzell, inviting him into the safety of the building before the winds whipped up any fiercer.]
[The vampire replied, seeing that the young man had opened the door for him. He remembered that person to be... that young man he was talking to. Though, Akihiko could obviously tell he wasn't very beaten up by the storm at all.]
I was checking in. Are you the only one here?
[He steps in anyway, since carrying a conversation with a sand storm outside wasn't really smart right now. He'd leave soon though. He didn't need another unnecessary injured person.]
[Once Duzell is inside, Akihiko is quick to shut the door. He didn't need any more sand in the courthouse lobby.]
Yeah, just me right now. There's bound to be more people showing up soon though -- this building seems pretty fortified against the wind, it should hold up through the storm.
[Duzell let his cloak fall from his mouth so that he could talk more comfortably. As soon as the door was shut behind, he listened for the young man's answers]
Yes, I'm certain it is. It seems unscathed by the sandstorm. More you say?
[He sort of lets out a sigh]
They should stay put safely not moving around, but whatever, as long as they end up safe... I suppose.
[Ishtar's rubbed off on him badly. He's concerned with people now too]
They'd be safest in an area where they don't run the risk of being harmed by the elements. It looks like the winds have gotten strong enough in parts to destroy small buildings.
I'd rather risk myself trying to protect them than let them be killed like that. Crisis like this is what binds people together.

[Perfect, another person saying the same thing. Well, he'd be damned.]
Yeah, I got ya. Not the first time I've heard that from someone. Just don't get yourself killed in the process.

[A bit of a smile crosses his face, thinking fondly of his fellow S.E.E.S members.]
I know a few people who might chose the word "foolish" over "noble", but...
