Amaterasu- Now that I'm a womannnnn~

Rena hadn't been out of the house for a while so she figured a good walk around the village was in order. Some new gardens seemed to have popped up in the neighborhood that hadn't been there before.

Then something out of the ordinary caught her eye. Out in the distance Rena could see the figure of a girl stumbling around with long flowing white hair. But she didn't seem to be any normal girl. It almost looked like she was...glowing? Or it could just be the lighting from the sun.

Getting closer, Rena now noticed the girl had what seemed to be white ears and a tail...? Rena had to make sure she wasn't just imagining things (though she did find these appendages to be very cute~<3)

"Um...are you alright miss?"

Amaterasu's eyes widened as she saw Rena. A smile made it's way to her face as the tip of her tail began to wag. She stumbled, hair swishing about her knees as she held onto a tree, panting a little.

"Rena!!" She cried, and ran towards her, grabbing her in a tight hug

Rena was distracted by the girl's adorable tail wagging when she almost fell backwards from the force of the hug. Even though she was really confused as to why the girl was hugging her and how she knew her name she wasn't complaining and hugged back (because the girl was so cute~!). Though the girl did remind her of someone, she just couldn't put her finger on it.

"Hehe, h-hello! Does Rena know you I wonder, I wonder?"

Amaterasu giggled slightly, her gentle eyes lighting up. "Yes! It's Amaterasu." Her warm smile grew as she hugged her. "You probably remember me from that big white wolf you met earlier, right?"

Rena let out a small gasp in surprise. She knew the girl had reminded her of someone! It seemed so obvious now that she looked back at her.

"Amaterasu! Rena didn't recognize you like this. I didn't know you could change forms as well."

Amaterasu smiled faintly. "I'm afraid I can't do it often but I wanted to try gathering information in a language that would be easier. I only got this far because of the praise I've gathered from you all." She said sheepishly, one ear flicking back.

"Oh, I see. Does it take a lot of energy for you to be in this form I wonder, I wonder?" Rena said with a worried tone; Amaterasu did seem to be a bit fatigued. Though she couldn't help but smile at the ear twitch and reached out her hand to scratch it a little.

"If there's anything Rena can tell you please feel free to ask."

Amaterasu's face was gentle, warm. Like well, the sun. She squeezed her hand with her clawed fingers, her ears leaning into the touch as if they had a life of their own. "I truly appreciate that, Rena. And yes, it does take a lot of energy..if only I was as strong as I was one hundred years ago..." She sighed softly.

Amaterasu seemed so different in this form (other than the obvious reasons). So beautiful, so majestic, so sad. Rena continued to scratch her ear since she seemed to like it.

Rena chuckled slightly "Well I guess one hundred years will do that to you, I guess. Just don't strain yourself, ok?"

She smiled, leaning into the rubbing. "That feels so good, Rena." She piped, supressing the urge to whine with pleasure, but she had two legs now. Blinking at her words she smiled further. "Yes, I'll do my best! You do too, alright?" She smiled warmly at her.

"Aha~ glad it's still enjoyable even in this form." Rena really had to hold back her "take home" urges but it was getting harder by the second. Amaterasu was just too cute as a human~
"Mmm, right! Have you had any luck finding information in this form I wonder, I wonder?"

She frowned. "Not in particular. I need to return to Nippon..I have a battle waiting for me. And without me the sun won't shine ..." She sighed softly. "It's a bit nervewracking..but I mustn't get discouraged. At least Waka is here, along with you and my other new friends." She smiled cheerfully.
