[Vyers is standing in a central area of the residential district, quite visible to anyone in the area. He's holding a rose in one hand, which he seems to be using as a pointer to emphasise his speech. And yes, he is indeed making a speech, It's rather loud, and is probably annoying quite a few people.]
Citizens of Somarium, lend me your ears! For those of you who have not had the pleasure of making my acquaintance, I am the Demon Lord Vyers, previously known throughout the Netherworld as the one and only Dark Adonis! I stand before you today with a proposal of great importance to the future of this world.
[He's now got quite a serious look on his face, it's obvious he means every word he's saying. The rose stabs towards the sky as he raises his voice.]
The role of an Overlord is one that requires a certain type of individual to fill. A true Overlord possesses grace, beauty and strength in adundance. They make themselves well-known to those they rule, and are an exemplar to which all can aspire. They must be mighty in purpose and even more so in power! I do not feel that your current Overlord can truly live up to this image, and as such, there is only one possible option. Someone who is better suited for the role must take it. And I, the Dark Adonis, am the only logical choice.
