A very inviting aroma could be traced from Judith's little cottage in Espoir, the product of her toiling away in the kitchen. It had been some time indeed since she had taken to cooking anything worthwhile, and considering the company she was having over, it would probably end up for the better if she put more effort into it. Cooking was always something she enjoyed when the people eating liked their meal. Hearing it from some of her favorite people in Somarium would only make it all the sweeter.
She paused in her movements for a bit, taking a moment to watch everything simmer, sukiyaki being the dish of the night. It took a while to prepare, and gave her some time to think before her guests arrived. In all honesty, she wasn't much of a hostess. Waiting tables was the closest thing she got to being hospitable. The thing that would probably help her get through the night without much paranoia was the fact that this little gathering could hardly be seen as a party that even required hosting.
Sighing a bit, she hoped that they could hurry up on finding their way to her cottage. When left to her own thoughts, she found that at times it could only cause more trouble. It was times like this when she was reminded most of how much she missed Ba'ul.
