There's a scrawny teenager wandering around. Sure, it's not like teenagers are rare in Somarium or anything, but this one in particular has the look of a cautious mouse testing the air outside its home for cats (or other scary things.)
At the moment it seems like he's searching for something. Aside from occasionally looking up to see if anyone's around, he's keeping his gaze to the ground, sweeping it from side to side. Maybe whatever he's looking for will be on the side of the road, or accidentally kicked out of view somehere...
