Rena was walking through town when she noticed the café. She hadn’t explored many buildings here yet, so she decided to have a look. Walking in she was surprised to actually recognize the two boys inside. There was the boy who had noticed her dream and the other, very hyper she added, boy who seemed to have a slight obsession with those segway things.

Her stare lingers on the segway for longer, however. She hadn’t expected to actually see one of these in person.

”I-it’s…so tall.”

There went those "fair maiden" senses! It helped that Tamaki could feel Rena's eyes staring in their general direction.

"Good afternoon! Is there something I can help you with?" he greeted with his usual cheer.

“O-oh…um, I was just admiring your…segway…?”

Rena really hoped she was saying that right.

Oooh, another one who could admire such fine gadgetry!

"Would you like to try it out?"

Rena's eyes lit up.

"R-really? You would let me?"

[spectaculaire]

Tamaki laughed. "Of course!" He then stepped to the side and held it for her before proceeding to tell her how it worked. "You just do this and.."

Yoh watched from behind Tamaki, recognizing the girl instantly. He remembered that he had seen two sides to her. One that seemed very tormented, and then... well, whatever crazy and obsessed expression she was wearing right then while she gazed at the segway as if she would swallow it whole.

Rena was too excited about riding the segway to notice Yoh standing there. Shaking a little with anticipation, she readied herself onto the segway.

“Ok….here I go!”

And she was off! It was a little wobbly at first but she seemed to be getting the hang of it with every found she made around the café (trying her best not to run into anyone).

Tamaki let out a little cheer and watched as Rena rose the Segway around.

It really was quite nice to share the wonderful experience of the Segway with everyone! And the girl looked like she was enjoying herself.

This was amazing. Rena couldn't remember the last time she had done something this fun. The breeze going through her hair, the speed, the rush. Rena wished that she had discovered this contraption sooner.

There was only one problem...

Tamaki hadn't noticed had gone amiss...until perhaps around the twentieth revolution around his cafe. Even then he hadn't quite caught on that she couldn't stop.

"Ah...miss!" He had forgotten to introduce himself! Tsk. "Would you like me to prepare some tea for you?"

"O-oh! I would--" she zoomed past one way "love--" and another "some~!" and yet another. Drinking tea while driving was going to be kind of tricky though.

"U-um...h-how does Rena stop again?"

Now he saw the problem!

"A-Ah!" Her name was Rena, right? At least that's what she was referring herself as, so he was going to go with that for the moment. "Rena-san!" he yelled as he ran to her, trying to catch up to the poor girl. "Just lean back!!"

"Lean back??" But wouldn't that cause her to spin off backwards. She was scared of that fact but really didn't have a choice in the matter.

"O-ok." Rena leaned back. And by lean back we mean pushed herself backwards so hard that she ended up tripping backwards off the machine, possibly falling onto anyone that may have been behind her [cough]

That...wasn't what he meant at all. The Segway did stop! However, as Rena had leaned back too far...well. Guess who was behind her?
