*All is quiet on the Cafe des Reves front. There are the usual guests, the usual inhabitants, but there was nothing wholly unusual about this lovely spring morning. Nothing special at all.
A CRASH! signals the abrupt start of the broadcast.
Shards of glass rain down on the video screen. There's a rough tumble as the DreamBerry screen displays flashes of a heavy metal body bowling straight through the front window of Somarium's Cafe des Reves, splintering several tables and chairs and rolling to a stop, face up, at the far wall. There isn't any time for any inhabitants in the path of destruction to get out of the way.
Raiden's throat and lower jaw rolls into focus, breathing heavily. He lifts his head to something, someone, towards the now-decimated window and hurries to push himself back on his feet...*
