And just as if on cue, Tamaki had arrived at the apartment and was standing in front of the door with a small box of cake in his hands. He did admit that he had been feeling a bit...well out of it for the past few days so it was nice to be in the company of a friend, especially one he hadn't seen for a while.
He cleared his throat before politely knocking on the door and calling out, "Minatsuki-san! It's Tamaki."
Minatsuki stood up from her chair and went to go and get the door, pulling it open. The first thing she noticed as the box in his hands, and she wasn't surprised he'd brought some kind of present. How very like him.
"Good afternoon, Minatsuki-san," he said in his ever cheerful manner as he stepped inside. "Ah, it's been a while since I've last visited, hasn't it?" he added with a small chuckle before noticing the flowers.
"Oooh, how lovely!" he exclaimed as he hurried over, setting the box down on the table before inspecting it. "You really do have a talent with flowers!"
"That's for you," said Minatsuki, after closing the door and joining him near the table. "I hope it's alright." She was secretly pleased with his compliment in a 'of course I'm good' kind of way and tried her best not to show it on her face. She glanced at the box and opened the lid, staring at the cake inside.
