[There's a gigantic Christmas tree lighting up the main square of Somni, covered in colourful decorations of every type with a glowing star perched on top. Lying snugly underneath the shade of the tree is a small pile of prop gifts, each one tied with a wonderfully perky bow. It's certainly a scene that would bring a smile to anyone's face.
Which is strange, because the young girl standing alone in front of it, looking up at the bright and cheery opulence, doesn't seem to be impressed or thrilled. Instead, she stands silently, arms by her side, with a neutral expression frozen upon her face.]
("How long have I been in this world...? Yet a symbol of happiness such as this can still exist...")
[She clenches her fist, subconsciously. A frigid wind blows through the plaza, but despite her inappropriate clothing- a top and shorts ill-suited for colder weather- she shows no reaction to the cold.]
