Because she hadn't made it to the nurses office, that would definitely mean that something was wrong and they would call Tamaki anyways.
Though, Tamaki was busy with Haruhi thus had to rely on Takuma to look into things. He felt like he was doing a lot of taking care of recently which was a little draining on his end, but at least it was for people he cared for.
So donning a coat, scarf, and gloves, Takuma made his way out into the cold day. He was a bit groggy since he had just been sleeping, but a task given was a task given.
It didn't take long to find Alice. Her scent was easy to pick up on as he neared the school and, well, it certainly wasn't at the school.
That's when he spotted her small frame amongst the white snow. It was similar to the state he had found Haruhi in. She might have caught the bug from her. It was a good thing that he couldn't catch the human ailments that was going rampant around him.
Her plan hadn't been thought through, but then, thinking... even blinking hurt at the moment. Alice looked up and tried to focus on Takuma.
"T-Takuma s-stop moving," she mumbled as she pressed a hand to her eyes. Wait... Takuma! She frowned. What was he doing here? She hadn't gone to the nurse's office so how would they have known?
Alice's head wasn't in the right place.
"What... are you doing here?" maybe he didn't know she was sick.
"I should be asking you that very question" Takuma chided gently.
"No matter, I've got to take you back home" he said, picking her up carefully as to not jostle her too much.
"Tamaki got a call from the school saying you never made it to the nurses office, so I went in his stead since he already has his hands full with work and Haruhi" he explained. He let out a wide yawn, his fangs visible for a moment since he wasn't able to cover his mouth.
"M-mnot sick," she mumbled. "S-So I didn't go to the nurses." She gave a weak wiggle attempt to try and get out of his arms. "I can't go home... I'll burden him." She was being a burden right now, she knew she was. Takuma couldn't handle her so why was he here? She gave another wiggle and winced.
"You know better than to try and lie to me, Alice" the blond shook his head. "'I can walk' says the girl sitting in the snow in a daze" Takuma let out a soft chuckle. "I think not."
And he just continued to carry her to the Host Club manor.
"T-Takuma no... no he's busy..." She tried to wiggle a little harder, this made everything spin. "He's al-already taking care of Haruhi! I can't go home!"
"That's why he called me. He's aware of his time, so he's asked me to help. You're going straight to bed, all right?" he said, making sure she didn't loosen herself from him and fall from such a height.
"You said you can't handle it!" she exclaimed... or tried to as talking and moving was just... not a good combination for her at the moment. She bowed her head, trying to cover her eyes and make the world stop spinning... and to hide her face from Takuma. "You said you can't... R-Rene s-shouldn't have called you."
She felt horrible. Well.. she already felt horrible but that was physically, not emotionally. Although knowing that Takuma wasn't as happy as he pretended was... she felt horrible now. But she hadn't known! She didn't mean to push him...
Ow... her head. She hid her face in his neck, not wanting to escape anymore and just desperately held onto him. At his comment she closed her eyes.
"It doesn't matter if you're an emotional wreck," she mumbled. "Because the people who love you stay by you at your best and worst."
His own arms gave her a gentle squeeze once she stopped resisting. He quickened his pace. She needed to get inside and quickly. He saw what this illness did to Haruhi and she was a healthy teenager. Alice was a young child.
"I should have been more comforting and I'm sorry." he said softly. "Let me make it up to you by getting you something warm to drink, a blanket, and a story."
Some.. tightness in Alice's chest loosened. She didn't really realize it, and in her condition she certainly didn't give it much thought. Still, she smiled, aching and in pain as she was.
"That sounds wonderful. Oh... I... Tama-chan..." her thoughts suddenly left her as her head started to pound hard and she winced.
When they reached Alice's room, who should be there but her three cats, Aurora, Tama, and Dinah (II). They looked up and rose out of bed as Takuma came close.
"T-Taku... everything... hurts," she whispered, her whole body felt horrible, her face was flushed deeply as she tried to make the room stop spinning.

He just continued to walk her to the manor to get her into her own room with a cup of warm milk and blankets.
"I'm a trainwreck, so I'm not the most reliable for emotional comfort"

"Shh...think about it later." he said softly.
And with such quick and graceful steps, he was at the Host Club manor in no time. In fact, he was already heading up the stairs and to Alice's room.

"It's hot," she whispered even as she was shivering. "And the room is spinning."
