It wasn't that Rapunzel had never seen snow; she'd spent eighteen winters watching it fall from a window in her tower and wondering what it would feel like to play

Before Rapunzel could get much further... there was a snow ball thrown at her head. Aurora giggled behind her as she was bundled up in the warmer dress and Phillip's cloak. She suddenly ran up and hugged Rapunzel close. She was absolutely giddy, over-whelmed with the feeling of love and being reunited with her betrothed. She couldn't stop singing all over the cottage.

"Hmm, have I told you you're how dear you are to me?" she sing-songed as she kept hugging onto her best friend.

Rapunzel let out a tiny "eep!" when the snow hit her head, turning just in time to face Aurora when the other girl hugged her. Rapunzel laughed, hugging her friend right back.

"Just as you're so very dear to me," she responded in the same tone of voice. "Oh Aurora, isn't it amazing?! I knew Philip would come for you!"

She was just happy to see her best friend so happy; it was all Rapunzel could ask in that moment.

"Oh yes! Now only Flynn need return everything will be perfect!" she giggled as she kept hugging onto the girl before pulling away and spinning. "Everything is so wonderful!"

Rapunzel's smile was slightly wistful as she watched Aurora, but it didn't lessen. She leaned onto the heels of her feet, clasping her hands behind her back, and said, "That would be amazing, wouldn't it?"

"Wouldn't it be incredible if we could have double weddings!"

"Oh, Flynn and I haven't-" Rapunzel blushed a little under the flush she'd gained from running around. "I haven't exactly told him how I feel just yet. I'm not sure if he'd want to get married. But in the end? It's okay. As long as I get to tell him."

Then she reached forward and took her friend's hands in both of hers. "But!! If that could be the case? I'd love it. And either way your wedding will be beautiful! I'll make sure of it."

"Actually, that's something I wanted to ask you. I don't... know if Phillip will want to have a wedding here..." such a thought was not pleasant but she was still with Phillip and that more than anything was enough. She continued to hold onto Rapunzel's hand and smiled warmly. "Rapunzel... if we do have a wedding here, will you be my maid of honor? I-I do hope we have one and there's no one else in all of Somarium I could think to ask. You... will say yes won't you?"

"-oh, Aurora!" There was nothing to do but hold even more tightly. "Of course Philip will want to marry you as soon as he can, and I'd be honoured."

Aurora hugged onto Rapunzel tightly. She felt like Rapunzel was not only her dearest friend, but like a sister. Aurora smiled brightly, practically glowing as she continued to stay in the embrace.

"Oh Rapunzel, I'm so glad. If only one person were to come I would always hope it's you!"
