[Shiki stood by the mannequins, making sure that the skirt of one of the dressing hanging on them was straight. She turned on her heel afterwards, giving the store a once over before making a satisfied noise under her breath. Spooky decorations were up, the displays were in order, the music she picked was playing in the background, and her staff dressed appropriately for the occasion. It took a lot of work setting up everything and she was pretty sure her hands were aching from all that sewing but Shiki felt it was all worth it. She and her staff have been planning for this for months and their efforts finally bear fruit. Shiki was grateful for the distraction her work was giving her. She wanted to push the thought of Neku waking up and leaving Somarium from her mind the entirety of the week at least. Surely she could do that.
Her musings were cut short at the sound of the chime at the door. Shiki adjusted the witch hat on her head, activating her pin to make Mr. Mew sit on her shoulder (he's part of her costume). She walks up to the costumer and greets them with a cheery smile. Time to get to work!]
