Th-this is so embarassing...
[Shirley wraps her arms around herself as she walks through the streets of Somni, trying to hide the apparent blood that's found its way onto her

She was still getting used to everything here, still so new, but she was slowly adjusting. Sadly, she still felt lost.
By the time she saw the girl she was already paying for her change of clothes with the money that had apparently been stored for her on the Dreamberry. She looked up and saw her standing in the store, holding what was clearly a bad injury and looking lost. Diana dropped the bag in her hand and rushed over to the girl]
You're bleeding. What happened?

I...
I'm sorry. I've honestly been trying to remember myself, but...I don't even know how I got here.
[Sigh, she was hoping to get into her new clothes before this kind of confrontation happened. But she smiles.
...honestly, even if she does remember, she wouldn't want to tell anyone.]

It'll be okay. I was disoriented when I got here at first too. It's a little difficult to explain though and I am perhaps not the best one to do so.
[Seeing as she'd only arrived a few days ago and was still figuring things out]
Let's focus on treating your injury first, okay? What's your name?
[You didn't train among the Amazons for years without learning some basic first aid]

[Both for the concern and for the personal space, although once she sees that the woman is trying to help, she becomes a little more comfortable around her. She smiles a reassuring smile, trying to see if she can't get that worried look off her face.]
My name is Shirley...and I think I'll be all right. I-it doesn't hurt much anymore.

How about you?

[And it wasn't, as far as Diana was concerned this was about par for the course for her]
My name's Diana. [She eyed the blood stain anyway] We should at least clean it up. Let me go get some paper towels from the bathroom at least. Sit down, okay. [She gave her a small, reassuring smile and stayed to make sure Shirley sat down before heading back to the store's restroom.]

[Shirley nods as she sits down, as requested. She never has been that great at saying no to people, least of all people who were trying to help her...so she'll wait patiently, when she goes to grab said paper towels. What else can she do...?
She seems to know more than she does, and it's nice to see a friendly face in such an unfamiliar setting.]
It's nice to meet you, Diana. I appreciate this...

As I said, it is no trouble. I have some practice in these matters. [She looks at the blood on the shirt more closely before looking up at Shirley] You'll need to lift your shirt, if you do not mind. Unless you would rather do it yourself. I warn you it might sting a little depending on the severity of the injury.
[This probably wasn't the best place to clean a wound like that but Diana didn't see much choice, she hadn't exactly learned where the Hospital was in town yet]

[She looks around a bit, her cheeks turning red. She's relieved to hear she's experienced, at least, but she still doesn't like the idea of doing this in front of so many people. She doesn't see any choice either, however, since she's new herself and wouldn't know where else to go...
So she obliges, lifting up her shirt slowly, revealing the wound in her stomach.
It looks almost alive, as she breaths in and out, bracing herself for the worst possible sting.]

Diana lifted the paper towel and gently started to wipe the blood away, being as gentle as possible. They would need some bandages and then maybe they could ask where a hospital was to get her properly treated.]
How badly does it hurt?

[That much is a promise, enforced by a shy smile. It does sting a little, but with the blood being wiped away, it's already beginning to feel better...though the bandages certainly would help.]
I was able to walk all the way here, after all. B-but...this is really helping. So...thank you. [Again.]

So it is. You are very lucky.
[Finally a worker in the store approached and gave Diana the first aid kit from behind the counter. Diana thanked them and started putting bandages on the wound]
That should do it for now, you will probably wish to check the bandages later to see if they need changing.

[She is very lucky; both in that regard, and that she has people like Diana to help her. And she is certainly not about to allow her efforts to go to waste by not taking care of herself properly.
She's never had to deal with an injury quite this serious, but...she is certain she'll find a way.]
If there's anything I can do to repay you...please. Let me know.
[...after all, it doesn't seem like she's going anywhere for a while...]
