For someone who had only met Rapunzel briefly before she was brought back to her world, Sora was going far out of his way to cheer her up, and she couldn't thank him enough for it. There was something about him that made it seem as though she'd known him for a while (though she hadn't) or that she should know him, and that made it very easy to be around him.
She followed along behind him, her hair dragging behind as she picked up the pace. She'd left it unbraided for the day for the sake of having fun with it-reminiscent of the first time she'd ever left her tower. Near the top of the hill did a number of cartwheels, then flopped onto her back and laughed. "This is a great spot!"
Sora laughed and set everything on the grass, doing a few rolls (because it's so fun to do it in KH) and flopped down right next to her, laughing to himself because he's excited.
Rapunzel rolled over, so her arms were crossed beneath her, feet lifted to swing in the air behind her. "I really appreciate it. I never did stuff like this at home, you know?"

She shook her head, plucking a flower. "I wasn't allowed. My mother-...well, I thought she was my mother-told me it was to protect me, because the world was too dangerous. But when I went home not long ago, I found out it was because she wanted to keep the power my hair has for herself."
But Rapunzel looked at Sora and smiled. "But it's okay, because I go outside as much as I want while I'm here-and will from now on, anyway."

"Weeeell..." She looked at him and grinned, a little bit sheepishly, before rolling over to look up at the sky. "I don't think it's really that common, you know? Everyone's always really surprised by it. I guess it's just something I was born with; I don't really understand it, either. But since I know things now, I think I should share that power to help people."
No, Rapunzel wasn't quite aware that she hadn't yet explained what exactly it was her hair did, but that wasn't the main concern of the day.

Sora lays on his back, his arms folded behind his head in his traditional care-free way. "This? Yeah, a whole lot." But Rapunzel's never been out like this before and it makes Sora sad just thinking about it. Now that they're out like this, he wants to make it an experience she'll never forget. So now he sits up and grins widely.
"You wanna know what's really fun?" Gods, he's so excited right now.
