[Nearby, Nagi's preparing himself for battle. The air almost vibrates around him as he builds a solid telekinetic shield -- touching it will feel like poking a brick wall. His eyes flicker red as he eyes the creatures around them and the woman who trapped them here.

This isn't what he had in mind when he wanted to learn about Somarium.]

I noticed. Are you helpless here?

A few minutes won't be hard.

[Sure, some of the Noctaere try to attack them, but Nagi sends them flying back into whatever seems hard enough to splatter tissue or shatter bones. As long as they die or get too injured to fight back, Nagi doesn't care what happens to them.

Once a lull falls over them, he turns to see what, exactly, Shouichi is up to.]

[Of all the possible weapons for Shouichi to create, a giant plant didn't even register on Nagi's list of possibilities. When it emerges, he's so stunned that the shield flickers and he readjusts it so the plant can do its job to help the two of them out.]

That's...an unusual weapon.

I believe you. Everyone has their own skills; I'm bad with a gun too.

[Only because he's never seen the need to train with one as long as he has control over his telekinesis. Nagi feels like a gun would only be pointless and weak in comparison to that.

He grins darkly as the plant devours one of their enemies and Nagi sends another flying into a brick wall. It hits with a sick, wet thud and oozes down limply.]
