Kobato had been wondering around, trying to find the place she was meant to go to, or at least she had to guess she had to go somewhere. When it came to information, Kobato wasn't the best at putting two and two together straight away, not without someone explaining it to her.

Stopping outside a place, she looked up for a moment, smile gracing her face as she had taken those few steps to the door before politely knocking. After all she knew that it was a nice thing to do before poking her head in.

"Hello? Mister are you here?"

Muraki expected people to wait for him to get the door, or at least for him to say something before they let themselves into the clinic unless they had an appointment or it was an emergency. But the girl who let herself in was apparently different from most people. When she entered, he had to hastily cover up some of the work he was in the middle of doing in the lab before he walked towards her.

"I'm here today. It's good to see you in person, miss-?" Once again, he'd forgotten to get her name before agreeing to see her.

[OOC: I forget -- are you okay with her actually getting her eye injured?]

"Oh, My name is Kobato Hanato, it's nice to meet you." She said hastily as she bowed, her hair hitting the floor as she had leant as far as the young girl could go. It had been a moment or two before she would stand up straight again, but when she did, she did with a smile, still standing in the same spot.

"I have come here to help the best I can!" She said happily and with a hint of excitement in her voice, she was for once being helpful, so she thought anyway, but it mad her happy none the less for now.

[OOC: I'm okay with it.]

"And I'm Dr. Muraki. I appreciate you offering to help me out, but there's no need to bow that far," he said as he nodded his own head at her. Given how many people dispensed with that politeness altogether here, it was amazing that anyone still bothered to do it at all.

He let her have a moment to look around the clinic, which was as minimalist as most were, with the obligatory stacks of magazines sitting on small tables. The only distinctly personal touch was the porcelain doll on top of a bookshelf. "Would you like anything to drink before I get started?"

"Oh! I'm sorry, I'm really sorry" she said arms going close to her before once again the bow of apology came about. It had taken her a good few moments before she realised the bowing was the reason she had said sorry in the first place. Standing up straight again, she had taken a step back to only trip on her own feet and land butt first on the floor.

"Ouch, I'm okay."

Rubbing her back slightly, she stood up once again, trying to be calm as composed, or as much as she could be considering. The smile was soon placed back on her face, tilting her head for the brief moment before the question of something to drink. She glanced down at her hands, which were placed lightly together for the meantime, she knew for a fact that she couldn't drink, nor could she eat, so it was time to lie and keep the smile on.

"No, but thank you for asking."

He chuckled and offered his arm once Kobato fell down. Muraki felt sorry for her for being that clumsy, but it looked like she hadn't hurt herself, so laughter wasn't a horrible thing.

"Do be more careful next time. You wouldn't want to end up like the native girl I had to stich up recently because she fell and cut her forehead open." Muraki adjusted his glasses as she answered the question and then gestured for her to follow him. "In that case, follow me. The exam room is right back here."

She looked on in surprised, a girl actually hurt her own forehead somehow. "I don't want to end up doing that?!"

It had taken a good moment or two before she could finally stop worrying over the next time she might have fell over before she could at least smile and nod, agree to follow. "Okay... I'm going to do my best with this!"

He smiled warmly at her and motioned for her to follow him into a room down the hall. "Thank you for helping me with this, Kobato-chan."

Muraki didn't use honorifics often, but they were rarely as good a sign as some people liked to think they were.

She nodded, making sure that she followed, looking around curiously as she walked. "You're welcome, I'm here to be helpful to others."

Though she really didn't understand how this could heal anyones heart, but she was determined to still help none the less and noone could tell her it was a good or bad thing.

Muraki's heart needed plenty of healing, but he wasn't about to admit that to anyone else. They didn't need to know just how broken he really was.

"Have you had blood drawn at the doctor's before?" he wondered as he got things ready back in the exam room.

She shook her head, "No, not that I remember anyway." Nope she didn't remember, she just remembered her task and what she had to do. When it came to her past she drew a blank straight away, but it did get her to thinking slightly for a moment.

"Oh! So is that what you'll be doing, right?"

"Do you have memory troubles?" It would be sad in a girl her age to have them, but Muraki had heard of worse, more troublesome conditions.

"I'd like to do that as well as look at your eyes closely."

"eh?" She paused for a moment, thinking about it, would she have memory troubles. "I don't think so."

She never really thought about it really, not that she minded, but she had a goal she wanted and nothing would get in her way of it, no matter what it was.

"Oh, okay. I think I understand now."

"Again, thank you for helping. Just hold out your arm so I can start this."

Muraki pulled gloves on and kept an eye on her -- she seemed strange in a way he couldn't completely put his finger on, which made her quite interesting.

"Okay." She made sure to first roll up her sleeve, after all she had seen people do this before, she couldn't mess it out so easily. Once she felt like it was rolled up enough she held out her arm.

"Like this, right?"

"Exactly, Kobato-chan." Muraki flashed another friendly smile before he cleaned the area thoroughly.

"After this, I'd like to examine your eyes as well."
