Welcome to the Second Annual Police Banquet and Award Ceremony!
The men blocking the front doors of the reception hall will not allow any guest in without both formal attire and a ticket, unless you are particularly sneaky. It should also go without saying that any rowdy or wildly unpleasant behavior during this fancy event will get you thrown out immediately. Franziska has taken certain precautions to see that this event runs smoothly and will not stand for it.
The hall itself has been adorned in classic colors and elegant decorations, looking even more extravagant and divine than it did last year. The champagne is running freely and the food smells divine.
